We believe that vision loss need not be a barrier to independence. Mission Founded more than 75 years ago, Vista Center is a non-profit that empowers individuals who are blind or visually impaired to embrace life to the fullest through evaluation, counseling, education and training. Vista Center is the premier one-stop resource provider for vision loss and rehabilitation. Headquartered in Palo Alto with a branch in Santa Cruz, Vista Center serves more than 3,000 individuals annually in Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, San Mateo and San Benito counties.
