Springvale Employment and Learning is a training organisation operating for over 25 years. Working with partner organisations we provide vocational and corporate training across Northern Ireland. We are a contract holder for the Department of Economy and Communities, offering a range of occupational training and qualifications to over 2000 learners per year through. Apprenticeship NI - for learners aged 16-24 who are currently employed and want to upskill and obtain accreditation in their occupational area. Training for Success - for school leavers aged 16-18 ( up to 20yrs old depending on educational needs) providing training in a range of vocational areas and equipping them with the skills and qualifications for the workplace. Steps to Success - aimed at providing long-termed unemployed with the skills to entering sustainable employment
