We connect young people to a world of career possibilities, inspire them to dream big and empower them to fulfil their potential. We want to equip young people with the experience and skills they will need to succeed in their career of choice, and enable businesses to recruit skilled workers locally. We bridge the gap between these two worlds and help them work together and achieve more. We deliver the skills service for the Greater Cambridge Partnership, linking schools and businesses to build students' careers awareness and employability skills and to promote apprenticeships. We also provide a mentoring programme, an impartial careers advice service, support work experience placements, and manage STEM outreach programmes, such as Cambridge LaunchPad.
