With sites in Stockton on Tees (UK) and West Chester (PA, USA), we are able serve our medical device customers in Europe and North America Our diverse machining capabilities include; - Laser Technology (cutting, welding & marking) - Electro-discharge machining (EDM) wire & sink - Micro-machining - Cleanroom assembly (class 7) - 3D printing in metals for precision prototyping XL Precision Technologies serve the following medical markets; - Cardio Endo & Neuro Vascular - Sports Medicine - Endoscopy & Laparoscopy - Drug Delivery & Ophthalmology Prototyping & Development Service Our ability to offer quick turn prototyping and a full component development service enables our medical device customers to accelerate their own development projects. We can offer concept samples, clinical trial samples through to pre-production samples. We also offer DFM and cost reduction inputs at each stage of our customers development project.
