We specialize in providing complete plan review services for both simple and complex commercial, industrial, and residential projects. All plans are reviewed to ensure their compliance with adopted state and local codes, as well as referenced standards. These services are provided for the benefit of City, County, State and Federal Agencies, as well as for School Districts. - Efficient Turn Around Time - High Level of Customer Service - Provide all Services in a Cost-Effective Manner WC³ strives to provide the highest level of customer service to our clients. We also provide additional services to aid building departments in the plan review process. Some of these items include providing electronic reviews, the creation of handouts to streamline the permitting process, and providing specialized training to help building officials and design professionals understand the requirements of the adopted building codes. Our staff is also available at any time to help answer questions, to seek a code opinion, or to sit in during preliminary design review meetings. Our extensive staff network of licensed structural, civil, mechanical, fire protection, and electrical engineers; architects, LEED AP, CASp, ICC Certified Building Officials, Fire Marshals, Plans Examiners, Building Inspectors, Code Enforcement Officers, and Permit Technicians have a full range of code disciplines including planning, code enforcement, fire and life safety, and public works review and inspections.
