We provide high-quality legal education through an affordable, part-time program, leading to the J.D. degree and eligibility for the bar exam. We provide the opportunity for men and women of all ages, backgrounds, and life experiences to enter the legal profession, and develop graduates who will be competent practitioners dedicated to a high level of ethics, professional responsibility, and civic duty that our society expects of lawyers. The Santa Barbara & Ventura Colleges of Law is an affiliate of the nonprofit TCS Education System (TCS ES), which features a network of fellow nonprofit institutions, each backed by a model of education that prepares socially responsible professionals in applied fields such as education, psychology, and law.
