What Is Maranatha High School?

Maranatha High School provides an arena where student-athletes are guided toward excellence in physical performance and leadership through the integration of Christian principles and values, while participating in interscholastic sports at the highest possible level. Maranatha athletics, by its nature, builds a sense of community and fosters pride in the institution. Through the collaborative efforts of coaches, student-athletes and parents, students are encouraged to thrive physically. Approximately 70% of Maranatha students participate in MHS Athletics. Maranatha High School's athletic program seeks to develop in mind, body, and in spirit, scholar athletes who strive to be both Christ-like in effort and in attitude at all times, who are committed to their teams, act with integrity, and compete with sportsmanship, character and pride.
