Horizon International has been serving clients since its inception in 1991. Horizon is a provider of onsite consulting services for many Fortune 500 companies. The success of Horizon's consulting services led to the creation of the Client Solutions Division in 1998 to provide custom solutions for all clients. In 1999, Horizon's "Salary and Incentive Review" web application created for the client Boston Scientific received "Best Intranet/Internet Solution" from System Integrators magazine. At Horizon, our in-depth industry understanding of Financial Service, Human Resources, Healthcare and others has led to many award winning industry specific solutions. Our deep technical strengths are in Java and J2EE, web and application servers, messaging middleware, EAI and B2B integration, and overall web architectures.
