• Assit to account mangers for all aspects of account development, negotiating rates for temporary, temp to perm placements, recruited and placed contract staff, understanding of staffing industry, competitor analysis and market research. • Responsible for corp to corp, contract to hire sourcing.screening, filtering the resumes, crosses checks the references. • Recruiting via internet job boards(Dice, computer jobs, career builder etc…)sourcing from Groups(MSN,Google and Yahoo etc)vendor network, referrals and expanded internet sourcing and own database. • Worked with more than 2000 third party vendors for fulfilling our Direct Clients. • Good recruiting exposure on all the technologies. • Responsible for candidate relationship management.
