Eave's mission is to prevent the loneliness and isolation caused by hearing loss, using the power of data to change the way people hear at work. Occupational hearing loss is the most common workplace disease, despite being 100% preventable. Our cutting-edge IoT (‘Internet of Things') technology is the solution to this problem and is at the forefront of a digital transformation in hearing protection in the workplace. The data we gather proves that this technology delivers real behavior change, leading to radically improved safety, efficiency and productivity. Our revolutionary digital headset, the FocusLite, gathers noise data which is then transferred to our unique noise mapping software platform, Peak. The data is displayed and analysed to produce accurate information about every worker's noise exposure across a workplace or site. Eave is currently leading the revolution in hearing protection within the construction industry, where solutions to the problem of hearing loss are being fully supported by the top construction firms in the UK.
