Crown Central Petroleum Corporation is a large independent refiner and marketer of petroleum products. The Company owns and operates two high-conversion refineries with a combined capacity of 152,000 barrels per day of crude oil. The Company is also an independent marketer of refined petroleum products and merchandise through a network of gasoline stations and convenience stores located in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States.
