One or more of these factors can lead to emotional chaos. This psychological and emotional chaos then overwhelms your ability to use the required skills for living a healthy lifestyle. This is the point where extreme obsessive thoughts begin. Even though many women recognize the unusual nature of their compulsions and obsessions, they are often fearful to speak about them.
