At Rockport Healthcare Services and the nursing homes we serve, we're committed to protecting and promoting the health of older adults through high-quality, person-centered care. Our CEO is nationally recognized geriatrician Mike Wasserman, MD, CMD, and every member of our team is dedicated to the health and well-being of older adults. We provide skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities with medical and nursing support, including physical and occupational therapy, social services and recreation, behavioral and mental health care, and nutrition. We also support nursing homes with services such as finance and billing, human resources and staffing, communication and health literacy, strategic business planning, and legal. We're known for innovation in person-centered care, such as our A Heart to Serve program. Since 2016, A Heart to Serve volunteers - who are all nursing home residents - have volunteered more than 2,200 hours for homeless shelters, transitional housing centers, after-school programs for low-income children, and pet fostering and adoption programs. Rockport Healthcare Services was founded in 2010. Today, we're a leader in post-acute and long-term care, and we're honored to be an integral part of the person-centered care movement.
