The company was founded in 2001 by David Bott, Paul Hinchliffe and Gary Froggatt, and was one of the first law firms to be granted Alternative Business Structure (ABS) status this means non-solicitors can own law firms. The business had a turnover of £14m in 2017 and is committed to delivering a great value and high quality legal service.
