The three founder Directors all worked together at Lee Crowder and Cobbetts LLP in Birmingham, before going their separate ways following the merger of the two firms. They combined in May 2011, to form a practice based on giving highly experienced professional advice to both established and new clients. In November 2013, the firm further expanded when Mark Dakeyne and his team joined from Bridgehouse Partners LLP. Mark had previously been head of the Real Estate Group at Wragge & Co (now Gowlings WLG). We carry our commercial approach into our own business. Our approach to all our work is to provide a cost effective and efficient service, whilst providing bespoke advice. We do not believe in providing advice on a defensive basis and are willing not merely to identify but also to comment upon the options available. Our intention is to provide a practical and commercial approach, which takes into account the client's tactical position and strategic objectives.
