Blendtec is a division of K-TEC. In 1975, Tom Dickson, the company founder, revolutionized the way homemakers would forever mill wheat into flour. By combining a versatile vacuum cleaner motor with a rotor and stator micronetic-milling chamber, Tom was able to quickly and efficiently mill wheat. The K-TEC Kitchen Mill provided the infant company the start it needed. Years later as the smoothie revolution was heating up companies turned to Blendtec to develop high performing, durable blenders for commercial use. Blendtec introduced a number of innovations that would change the way the world blends. Some of these ways include the most powerful blenders, electronically controlled blenders, programmable blend cycles, and in-counter motors. The response to Blendtecs products has been great! You can now see Blendtec blenders, dispensers, and mixers in some of the best restaurants, juice bars, ice-cream parlors and gyms all over the world. As the popularity of these products has grown, customers have inquired how they can get our equipment for their home. As a result, Blendtec introduces its Fine Living Products line of home appliances, which have all the same commercial quality and performance but was created with special attention to appearance and home use function. Part of Blendtec's Fine Living Products is the original Kitchen Mill, which gave the company its start about thirty years ago. In addition to this product line is the Mix n' Blend, a mixer blender combo, The Total Blender, a table top blender, and the Connoisseur, the first in-counter blender designed for home use. The goal of Blendtec Fine Living Products is to provide the world best food processing solutions through excellence in quality, customer satisfaction, and innovation. There's a good chance you've had a smoothie, cappuccino, milkshake, or other frozen drink made with a Blendtec blender. But did you also know the blenders can be used for a variety of tasks including: making whole vegetables and fruits juices, grating cheese, chopping onions, cooking soups, freezing homemade ice cream and much more! Take home one of Blendtec's Fine Living Products and enjoy the precision and ease of using top quality appliances.
