What Is BC Legal?

BC Legal is a national boutique law firm specialising exclusively in defendant occupational disease litigation. Our office in the heart of London’s insurance district reflects our key industry focus and a further presence in five key regional locations to respond to our clients’ needs more efficiently, not only expands our national footprint, but enables us to provide a City-calibre service without the inflated Capital rates. \r\n\r\nA complete absence of an antiquated, overburdening and sprawling partnership structure further contributes to the competitiveness of our pricing and assists in our strategic expansion and strengthening of our position in the insurance market. Our client body comprises of insurers and reinsurers, including their clients, as well as corporates and public entities. \r\n\r\nThe firm’s in-house claims handling tools, ABC 2, are increasingly becoming the industry’s norm with more insurance clients ditching previously marketed tools by competitors. With ABC 3 in the beta stage, the firm is carving out a position as the market standard bearer, supplemented by a superior service, with the London office also serving as the firm’s Client Hub. The firm delivers bespoke and free occupational disease training to clients, offers conference rooms whose booking and use remain at the clients’ disposal and provides a comprehensive regular disease newsletter that is now also disseminated to all members of IRLA, the market body for insurance and reinsurance professionals.
