WorkFocus Australia works with insurers, employers and key stakeholders to deliver Workplace Rehabilitation & Health, Employment Services and Advisory Services for workers and job seekers across Australia. WorkFocus has assisted almost 60,000 people, and engaged with over 30,000 employers since establishing in 1989. Our success has come through strategic business partnerships that have helped our customers achieve consistently outstanding results. WorkFocus Australia is part of the WorkFocus Group which includes atWork Australia, Kairros and LabourNet. We also administer innovative services on behalf of the Australian Government, including: JobAccess and the National Disability Recruitment Coordinator (NDRC). JobAccess is a one-stop-shop for all matters related to the employment of people with disability, administered by WorkFocus Australia on behalf of the Australian Government. JobAccess is a free service for people with disability, employers and service providers, delivering information and advice and coordinating adjustments in the workplace. The goal of the NDRC is to increase employment rates of people with disability nationally, by promoting the benefits of hiring these candidates to large employers. NDRC works with employers to increase their confidence with and recruitment of this largely untapped talent pool, through delivering a range of education and advisory services. NDRC acts as a conduit between large employers and Disability Employment Services.
