What Is Weeks Marine?

Here at Weeks Marine, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible product, by maintaining the best workforce and maritime equipment we possibly can. We believe that only though the concept of \"safe operations\" is this level of quality possible. Therefore, we have empowered our management and workforce to incorporate the principle tenants of safety into all they do throughout our work locations. To assist our managers and workers towards this end, we have developed a strong Corporate Safety Department, staffed with seasoned safety professionals, to provide guidance, training and support measures needed to ensure that Weeks Marine continues to embrace the paradigm of \"safe operation.\" From our President and Senior Staff to our newest laborer safety is the primary means towards our business goals. We have a developed and implemented a Safety Management System which does not gather dust on a shelf; instead it is continuously evolving to meet the ever changing challenges of Maritime Operations. We also believe that injuries are unacceptable and those who aggressively strive to reduce injuries while they perform their often difficult tasks should be rewarded. To accomplish this we have an incentive program for our hourly workers which reward individuals for both their safety commitment and the commitment of their crewmembers. Weeks Marine is never satisfied with our safety achievements and is constantly striving to reduce workplace hazards and the incidents which may precipitate from these hazards. Through the constant vigilance of our managers and workers we are achieving and maintaining our goal of setting the standards for safe operations throughout our industry.
