We have a developed and implemented a Safety Management System which does not gather dust on a shelf; instead it is continuously evolving to meet the ever changing challenges of Maritime Operations. We also believe that injuries are unacceptable and those who aggressively strive to reduce injuries while they perform their often difficult tasks should be rewarded. To accomplish this we have an incentive program for our hourly workers which reward individuals for both their safety commitment and the commitment of their crewmembers.
