We support actively projects from the planning to the turnkey construction and also provide regular maintenance, reliable repairs and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of WEC. We also help by permanent placement and temporary provision of professional employees and senior management. In cooperation with our partner IQTC, the International Qualification and Training Center, we ensure the highest training standards for our employees. Our goal is to allow professionals access to a forward-looking labour market in order to develop new professional perspectives. The IQTC is an independent training provider - authorized by the Global Wind Organization's (GWO) and TÜV Rheinland Academy and qualified in the SHE field.
