The Women Entrepreneurs & Leaders Laboratory (WELL) for Digital Health is the first professional organization for women clinicians and scientists leading the way in digital health. The digital health industry needs the best clinical and scientific leaders at the helm of the healthcare revolution. For many, the transition from more traditional clinical and academic settings into the digital health world is challenging. Women face added challenges in translating their existing clinical and scientific skills to become impactful business leaders. WELL bridges the divide.
