1974 Charles and Frank Urata formed a small business in South Lake Tahoe, California with less than $100 dollars, an old pick up truck and the guidance of their father, Sofio Urata. They began serving the residential market by placing & finishing concrete patios and driveways. Through their hard work and reputation they soon built a business reputation known for customer satisfaction, honest dealing and a commitment to high quality projects. Urata & Sons quickly solidified itself in the marketplace as a diverse Union Contractor.
