Founded in 2014, The Scalers helps innovative and pioneering businesses set up their own software development teams in Bangalore, India. With our simple and fully-managed model as our trademark, The Scalers has set out to streamline the process of offshore development, allowing you to easily build and scale your business. We are setting ourselves apart from the competition with our quality-first approach. We are completely focused on the quality of the development teams we build for our clients. Out of 100 developers, only 10 pass our technical tests, half of them pass the cultural fit and at the end, only one champion gets hired. This process helped us to maintain an attrition rate of only 6.25% and we are setting up strategies to get it below 5% by the end of 2019. We are not only hiring talent and setting up their workspaces, but we also make sure the teams we build are engaged and enjoy working together for their employers abroad.
