TBS Construction is an innovative design-build company serving San Francisco Bay area common interest developments and residential construction since 2007. As a design-build company we assume full responsibility for each project. We are motivated to deliver a project successfully by completing all objectives—including the quality, budgeting and scheduling—in a manner that keeps clients happy. Quality has been the key to our success and will continue to be in the future. Construction is an art and we employ master craftsmen that excel in their work. We are often asked to repair and remodel homes only 10–15 years old, which suggests that the builder opted for quantity over quality and, in many cases, omitted the design step and did not inform their clients about the options available to them. We want our work to last many decades. Fifty years from now, we want a builder to say, “This is excellent work.”
