What Is Spinal Injuries Association?

We are Spinal Injuries Association (SIA), the leading national user-led charity dedicated to helping supporting those affected by spinal cord injury to rebuild their lives. We achieve this by supporting the physical, emotional and vocational needs of those affected by spinal cord injury though life-long services that are available in hospital, rehabilitation centres, in the home and out in society. Our aim is to be hand to support spinal cord injured people, their family and friends, whenever they might need us.
