Spartan Invest is a full service turn-key real estate company that specializes in buying, renovating, reselling, and managing investment property in the Birmingham Metro Area. We help investor clients purchase rental property all over the world, and we provide a full service experience for these clients. We acquire houses that are run down and usually need a lot work. After that our construction team does the necessary renovations to polish these diamonds in the rough. Then we sell the newly renovated home to an investor client, and from there, our property management company takes over by leasing and managing the property for the investor. Our customer service team provides excellent support after the sell by continuing to call and check up on our investors every month. We are a white collar company with a blue collar heart.
