Southern Energy Management (SEM) is the largest sustainable energy services company in North Carolina. We provide energy efficiency and high-performance building consulting/verification, as well as renewable energy solutions to the residential, commercial and industrial markets. Our customers range from homeowners to niche green builders and from production builders to large multi-national companies. Our team includes engineers, building scientists, plumbers, electricians, solar specialists and home energy raters (HERS) who provide cost-effective, sustainable energy services to our residential, commercial and industrial clients. The breadth and depth of our team allows us to bring a holistic approach to our work and to provide optimal solutions to our customers. From our offices in Raleigh and Charlotte, we service North Carolina in addition to parts of South Carolina and Virginia. For our consulting services, we work regionally and nationally as required. We will open our Triad region office later this year.
