From as early as Middle school, across High school and right into the workplace, we have your students covered. 'Soft Skills Middle' is an engaging and foundational online program specifically designed to introduce middle schoolers to the concepts of personal and career exploration; to help them begin to identify their strengths, interests, and values; and to prepare for future success in the classroom, in life, and eventually, in the workplace. 'Soft Skills High' is specifically designed to provide high school students an engaging online program, to learn and practice the skills the World of Work is looking for most when hiring. Students complete the Career and Life Essentials certificate course as well as set goals, create a cover letter and resume and learn how to ace their first job interview. It also includes Career Survey and Career Exploration sections to encourage students to make informed decisions about their career paths. 'Soft Skills Pro' is perfect for those at the threshold of their careers or within the workplace already. The program teaches students the crucial employability skills needed for success in the 21st century workplace. Additionally, students complete a comprehensive personality assessment, learn how to set SMART goals, create a cover letter and resume and prepare for job interviews. It also includes Career Survey and Career Exploration sections to encourage participants to make informed decisions about their career paths.
