Silvermark Construction Services, Inc. is a family-owned and operated company . (It's in our DNA.) The origin of Silvermark dates back to 1981 when the founder, Gregory S. Owen, established a heating and air conditioning business. The company evolved, grew and changed a number of times over the years, adapting to market demands and the economic environment. Predicting emerging needs over the years, the founder ventured into producing new homes, rehabbing distressed properties and creating assisted living communities, all with the intention of improving neighborhoods and communities.
