Robotto is a startup based in Aalborg, Denmark, that sprung out of a bachelor thesis at Aalborg University. In collaboration with the Danish Emergency Management Agency and North Jutlands Emergency Service, Robotto have developed AWRA, the Autonomous Wildfire Recognition and Analytics platform. This software at edge level, allows drones to autonomously perform fire reconnaissance missions across large areas. Utilizing computer vision and AI, our software will recognize fire or smoke, and accurately, fast, and safely, calculate the exact position, size, and direction of the fire, plotting the data in real-time onto a topological map. Facilitating smarter and more efficient firefighter efforts.
