We are a customer-service focused Managed Services Provider who deliver IT excellence through understanding. Based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire we provide anything from IT consultancy, cloud solutions to a complete IT outsource. Our teams of IT specialists and support service professionals have become the trusted advisors and IT backbone for many Cambridge based and national organisations. Riverlite was founded in June 2008 and was established to deliver enterprise-grade IT services to UK organisations, either on-site or through the Riverlite Private vCloud. We now support the running of over £1 billion worth of UK business, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our vision is to be the most responsive, trusted IT partner with an established culture of customer service excellence and technical expertise. We support and monitor customer infrastructure, both in our own data centres and on customer premises, responding to 100 per cent of customer support incidents within 15 minutes. The service desk adheres to strict service level agreements(SLAs), to ensure customers continually receive excellent support and on-going services. In the past year, we have resolved 13,500 support tickets, of which 86 per cent were resolved within 60 minutes.
