What Is R3 Builders?

R3 Builders was founded in 2001 by Rick Dade, who grew up watching his father build and run a successful construction business. Rick joined the business in 1994 – first in the field, then as a project manager, and eventually in the areas of operations and finance. Between 1994 and 1999, the company grew tenfold, from annual revenues of $3 million over $35 million. In 2001, Rick formed R3 Builders to concentrate on retail, grocery and restaurant construction in the Bay Area. R3 Builders is made up of industry veterans who are experienced in shepherding projects from start to finish. We’ve built a reputation for being an innovative, hands-on company that listens closely to our clients and strives to create buildings of distinction. We’ve completed projects for a diverse client list, including but not limited to; Trader Joe's, CVS, Sonic Drive-In, Bin 38, DOSA, Pisco Latin Lounge, Pacific Catch, Patxi’s Chicago Pizza and The Parlor, Village Sake, Taco Bell Cantina (SF), Sabio on Main, Cadence and Mr. Tipples, and Will Leather Goods.
