What Is Property NSW?

Government Property NSW (GPNSW) provides property solutions which support agencies to improve services for the benefit of NSW. We deliver expert property advice across whole-of-government. Our property expertise supports agencies to improve services for the benefit of NSW. This means more public housing, enhanced hospital facilities, better schools and transport. We take pride in the benefits our expertise ultimately delivers for the people and economy of NSW. We deliver three core services for the State: 1. Leading property policy 2. Portfolio and asset management 3. Property transactions These services ensure better management of the State's property portfolio enabling the release of capital for front line community services.
