Who We Are PrVen was founded in 1991 as a Management Services provider to small contractors. In 1995, PrVen incorporated to become a full service, self-performing general engineering contractor. PrVen has earned a reputation for outstanding work with an emphasis on horizontal civil construction. The PrVen team is client-focused and dedicated to providing superior quality service in a variety of markets, including: transportation, power, environmental restoration, water resources, and structural retrofitting. Our core business, within the construction industry, is bidding and building public works projects. Primarily, PrVen aims to serve federal, state, county, city, and special district clients throughout our operational areas in California. PrVen's Commitment PrVen aims to produce the best value for our clients by optimizing our project-delivery through intelligent planning and management. PrVen's lateral approach to management minimizes overhead while maximizing efficiency; our goal is not to be the biggest, but rather be among the best international contractors. Our team is committed to the goal of safely operating on every one of our projects. Each construction site is regularly monitored to insure adherence to safety protocols. Our management personnel are certified through the Project Safety Management course, provided by the US Army Corp of Engineers.
