We work to dismantle traditional and toxic masculine modeling and messaging and recreate a healthy model of masculinity for all people. Creating a heart-led, conscious, growth-minded masculine model and message that serves all of us in a healthy way. \n\nWe do this through education by teaching workshops, group coaching and a free monthly masculine peer support group with a trained facilitator to lead through this work and process. We create a safe space for all who identify as masculine to do this important work of healing from the damage that the old traditional modeling has done and then moving forward with a conscious growth mindset of how to thrive in the world by doing our own deep inner work and becoming our best selves. Living in full authenticity with respect and compassion for others.
