We work to dismantle traditional and toxic masculine modeling and messaging and recreate a healthy model of masculinity for all people. Creating a heart-led, conscious, growth-minded masculine model and message that serves all of us in a healthy way. \n\nWe do this through education by teaching workshops, group coaching and a free monthly masculine peer support group with a trained facilitator to lead through this work and process. We create a safe space for all who identify as masculine to do this important work of healing from the damage that the old traditional modeling has done and then moving forward with a conscious growth mindset of how to thrive in the world by doing our own deep inner work and becoming our best selves.
