Development Projects = In the last 10 years we completed over $275M in new hotel development projects. A new Pomeroy Inn & Suites is under construction in Prince George, British Columbia and is scheduled to open in October of 2018. The Pomeroy Inn & Suites features 126 guest rooms & suites, conference facilities and a state of the art 12,000sq ft waterpark complete with 2 water slides, splash pad and hot tub. In addition to proprietary brands, Pomeroy Lodging is also proud to own and operate other national brands including Marriott, IHG, Best Western, Wyndham and Realstar. The newly converted Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge Autograph Collection Hotels, a world-class resort in the Canadian Rockies, has completed a $33 million revitalization program with 247 newly renovated guest rooms and suites, five unique restaurant options, state of the art conference facilities and addition of the Kananaskis Nordic Spa.
