Committed to Growth = Over the last 10 years we completed over $275M in hotel development. As a vertically integrated developer, we leverage our vision and expertise throughout the construction process.
Committed to our Communities = We currently support key initiatives such as: Phillip J. Currie Dinosaur Museum, QE II Foundation, Fort St. John Hospital Foundation; to name a few. We contribute over $3 million annually into community support.
Development Projects = In the last 10 years we completed over $275M in new hotel development projects. As a vertically integrated developer, we leverage our vision and expertise throughout the construction process to ensure prosperities are up to the Pomeroy standard for our guests and team members.
A new Pomeroy Inn & Suites is under construction in Prince George, British Columbia and is scheduled to open in October of 2018. The Pomeroy Inn & Suites features 126 guest rooms & suites, conference facilities and a state of the art 12,000sq ft waterpark complete with 2 water slides, splash pad and hot tub.
In addition to proprietary brands, Pomeroy Lodging is also proud to own and operate other national brands including Marriott, IHG, Best Western, Wyndham and Realstar.
The newly converted Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge Autograph Collection Hotels, a world-class resort in the Canadian Rockies, has completed a $33 million revitalization program with 247 newly renovated guest rooms and suites, five unique restaurant options, state of the art conference facilities and addition of the Kananaskis Nordic Spa.
