The company provides qualified Medical Professionals to hospitals requesting additional staff when their own staffing falls short due to illness, vacations, fluctuating workloads, or other marketplace factors. Per Diem provides traditional day-to-day “registry” placements and longer term, individually contracted “travel” placements, or block staffing to acute care facilities throughout Northern California.
