We work towards increasing the employability of the blue-collared workforce. The blue-collared workforce in India is not linguistically competent. We design vernacular games built on the three pillars of Personality, Cognition, and Language to understand the workforce better and assess their personality and behaviour. We will use machine learning to benchmark the blue-collared workforce based on their profession. We are on our way to bring together the entire workforce and all the employers on a single platform. We will use AI to recommend better jobs to the employees and better employees to the employers. Our vision is to create a meaningful career opportunity for every member of the blue-collared segment.
