OIA centers range from single to full-modality facilities offering PET/CT, MR, CT, ultrasound, mammography, nuclear medicine, bone densitometry (DEXA) and plain film X-ray procedures. OIA was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. It operates over thirty outpatient imaging centers in nine states.
