What Is Orbit Discovery?
Founded in late 2015 as a spin-out from Oxford University based on the work of Professors Graham Ogg and Terry Rabbitts, we identify novel peptides as potential drug candidates. Our technology is uniquely able to display vast libraries of natural, non-natural, linear and constrained peptides to drug targets including protein-protein interactions, cell surface receptors and soluble proteins. In addition, we can probe T-cell receptors to find their target epitopes. We have a pipeline of novel targets in in-house programmes and we work in collaboration with others in industry and academia to make our technology as accessible as possible.
