Not for profit Housing Association based in Newport, South Wales. Newport is changing and so is Newport City Homes. We have delivered on the promises we made at the stock transfer (2009) and now, working with our partners, it's time to realise the full potential of the city. We have never been just a housing association. We have big ambitions. 2020 Vision sets out our five year strategy. We're growing and we have a clear purpose: to provide homes in communities where people want to live. We're the largest provider of social housing in the city and we're about to start building new homes.
