As a licensed agent Mike Pero adheres strictly with the Real Estate Agents Act (2008) and upholds the industry standards and ethics. Our commission is 2.95%+gst for house sales up to $490,000 thereafter reducing to 1.95%+gst. An administration fee of $490+gst applies. Elsewhere most national competitor brands are selling at a higher fee of 3.95-4.00%+gst up to $400-500,000 before reducing, with admin fees of $500+gst. Marketing is accepted across the industry as an added investment by the vendor.
