Our name Micropol is generated from “micro polishing” which is our mark – we polish fiber at a precision that few has the ability to copy. For this reason, our products have lower reflections and losses and can transfer higher data speed then our competitors, without additional cost. We are recognized for our short lead times, high quality and customer engineered applications. Our first class production facility is located in Åled on the Swedish west coast and includes clean room production, ware house facilities and engineering capabilities. Micropol Fiberoptic AB was founded in the late 80´s and is one of Sweden's oldest and most experienced companies within the field of passive fiber optics. Our customers are to be found in a large variety of markets, ranging from Security & Defence, to Telecom & Broadcast and Medical Technology.
