MG Properties has been actively involved in the acquisition, development, rehabilitation and management of apartment properties since 1989. MG Properties manages over 50 apartment communities, which consists of over 4,820 apartment homes in San Diego County, Inland Empire, Northern California and Phoenix, with a total market value of over $400 million. Over 3,700 of the apartments are wholly owned by MG Properties or partnerships established by MG Properties. During the past seven years, the main focus of MG Properties has been the acquisition of value-added properties through newly established partnerships, MG Properties has acquired 9 properties comprising of 1,100 apartment homes in 2003 and plans to acquire over 1,800 apartment homes in 2004. By specializing in San Diego County, the Inland Empire and most recently Northern California, MG Properties has developed a unique understanding and knowledge of this markets.
