In 2008, ice cream manufacturer Pole Sud and patisserie manufacturer Gourmet Parisien joined forces to create La Compagnie des Desserts. This merger was a natural progression in the two dessert specialists' relationship. For over 25years, these two brands have had a strong ambition: to become the dessert specialist for restaurants. For over 20 years, Pole Sud has been pursuing its objective to become the ice cream supplier of choice for restaurants. Creativity, the gustatory quality of its products, and food safety are the strengths of La Compagnie des Desserts that won over this professional clientele, which appreciates know-how and the use of noble raw materials.
