Knowland Construction Services provides Project Inspection / QA-QC / Owner Representation and Management for K-12, Community Colleges, Universities, Municipalities, Hospitals, Ports, Industrial and private owners. KCS typically has more than $500 million of projects under contract on more than 70 projects at any one time. Knowland Construction Services is a minority/women privately-owned construction services firm located in Manhattan Beach and serving the entire state of California. Typical projects include performing arts centers, libraries, ports, bus terminals, stadiums, higher education, K thru 12 education, OSHPD, central plants, and commercial building projects. Knowland Construction Services is not a body shop like many of our competitors. Most of our employees have worked for us many years, and we have a formal system of construction management, inspection, and total quality control management that is taught to our staff.
