Integrity House is committed to help individuals and families through an effective and measurable system of comprehensive therapeutic community addictions treatment and recovery support in a way that brings about positive long-term, lifestyle change. Integrity, Inc., often referred to as Integrity House, is a carefully managed, highly effective Therapeutic Community (TC). It is licensed by the State of New Jersey to serve drug abusers, alcoholics, and pre-release inmates. The staff at Integrity House is made up of a balance of both recovering individuals and those who do not have a substance abuse history. Continuing education, however, is a priority in all staff positions. Consequently, nearly all of Integrity House's direct service staff have degrees, are certified substance abuse counselors, or are in the process of certification. The administrative staff comes from diverse backgrounds such as medical and financial fields as well as personal administration. All of the Integrity House staff, including administrators, interact with program members on a daily basis. Integrity also works with colleges and universities to train students in areas of counseling, nursing, social work, medicine, and program administration. As part of its ongoing effort to improve standards and raise its level of care, Integrity House applied for and achieved accreditation by CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities). Integrity House is one of the first therapeutic communities to achieve this accreditation at so many levels of care. The adult residential, adolescent residential, corrections residential, partial day, and outpatient treatment programs as well as the prevention services are all fully accredited by CARF.
