What Is InstaFit?

InstaFit is an online personal training platform that offers personalized, interactive and easy-to-follow exercise and nutrition programs complemented with one-to-one virtual nutritional coaching sessions and support groups.   The vision of the company is to become a mobile fitness content distribution platform for original and third-party productions to the likes of the “Netflix of Fitness.”   The company was launched in January of 2014 along with the goal of using technology to fight the massive epidemic of obesity that the world suffers by promoting a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. Also, meditation sessions, nutritional guides, online recipes and progress-tracking tool.   To increase engagement and maximize results, users receive personal telephone consultations with InstaFit's coaches and nutritionists as well as added to small instant-messaging support groups with peers.   InstaFit, continually producing new content and scouting for wellness disciplines to add to its primary service or as stand-alone programs.
